Fishing on the Ebro is second to none!!!

CARP FISHING
Whether you are after large hauls of medium sized fish or after the huge specimen common carp that the Ebro holds (a fish of a life time) Dave knows all the spots which are likely to produce. Huge weights are common with 30 and 40 pound fish a regular occurrence.
We fish all areas of this fantastic river system such as Flix, Riba Roja, Fayon, Mequinensa, Caspe and Chiprana, all dependant upon when and where you would like to fish and which areas we know are producing at the time. We also fish some of the huge holding reservoirs which can be fantastic sport. Many clients smash there "PB's" many times a week.

CAT FISHING
We pride ourselves in being able to offer the three major different styles - pellet fishing, live baiting and lure fishing.

Pellet Fishing
Pellet Fishing in Mequinensa, Caspe and Chiprana have been producing huge hauls of fish with a 1000 pounds of fish a day not uncommon. Dave has great knowledge in this style of fishing, utilising and developing new rigs with hookability and fish safety constantly in mind. Dave has already caught countless fish for Ebro Folly customers in this style between the 150 and 200 pound mark.

Live Baiting
Nothing can be quite as exciting as live baiting, watching a huge float with a live carp or eel bobbing around underneath in anticipation of a take. Boat fishing, drifting through snags or fishing up against the large dams and hydro stations, this is truly predator fishing in the extreme (not for the faint hearted!).
Dave is widely regarded as an expert in this field. Whilst buoy fishing, it is not uncommon to use live baits as large as fifteen pounds!!! Just imagine what's going to take that!!!
These methods have caught many fish over the 150 pound mark.

LURE FISHING
Lure fishing by boat can be an explosive arm wrenching experience, using strong lure rods with large spoons, plugs, rubber lures and dead baits. A fantastic, exciting and active way of fishing which can be a great way of breaking up your week. It is also possible to catch quality zander in this style.
